Red Phone--a direct line to the president of Gremlin Hunters, Incorporated. Each client is provide with the number to the Red Phone. If you should ever have a question or concern that our field personnel aren't able to address, you can call the president directly.
At the same time, you should never hear one of our employees say, "There's nothing I can do about that," because each employee also has the number to the Red Phone and is free to call with any questions or concerns. With each phone call, our services improve!
And remember, we still stand behind our simple promise:
if our team doesn't meet your expectations for service, you don't have to pay. Period.
